At Iqra Virtual Solutions, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use IVS Chat, you can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal information.
How to Request Deletion
To request the deletion of your IVS Chat account and associated data, please follow these steps:

Send an Email: Compose an email from the registered email address associated with your IVS Chat account.

Subject: Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request - IVS Chat".

Information to Include: To help us process your request faster, please include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Your role (e.g., student, teacher, coordinator, or admin)
- A short reason for deletion (optional)

Verification: Our support team will review your request and may contact you for further verification to ensure the security of your account.
What Data May Be Deleted?
Upon successful verification and processing of your request, the following data will be deleted or de-identified:
- Account Profile: Your name, profile picture, and display preferences.
- Login/Account Data: Your authentication credentials and account identifiers.
- Chat Messages: Your sent messages in private and group chats, where deletion is technically and legally allowed.
- Uploaded Files: Images, documents, and other attachments you have uploaded, where applicable.
- Notification Tokens: Device tokens used for push notifications.
Data Retention Policy
Please note that some records may be retained even after an account deletion request if required for legal, security, school administration, or compliance reasons. This includes data necessary for institutional record-keeping or as mandated by educational regulations.
